One-on-one online, customized sessions for a wide variety of health and fitness goals. These include fat loss, injury rehabilitation, muscle gain, cardiovascular training, improving flexibility and mobility, increasing strength and sport specific training. My style is not about just showing you how to "use the machines". Instead, the focus is on goal setting and implementing a progressive plan to help you reach your goals. This is accomplished through motivational interviewing that will help you make positive lifestyle changes that align with your goals. Sessions are delivered from my home studio to your home over a secure ZOOM connection. Don't mistake these sessions for watching pre-recorded, on demand, cookie cutter videos…they are 100% live and interactive! Just like with my in-person sessions, I demonstrate the exercises, coach you while you complete them and provide real-time modifications and motivation! What a world we live in! Equipment requirements are minimal and we can utilize any equipment that you currently have.
