WELCOME TO MY PRIVATE HOME STUDIO

Working out with a trainer in a big box gym, or even a personal training studio can be not only intimidating, it can be downright frightening. Over the years, even while exercising in a designated personal training area, many of my clients have said that they still felt awkward, and even embarrassed due to the presence of other people. This is completely normal!

 

Tackling your fitness goals, addressing insecurities and seeking to improve self esteem, are big steps. The environment in which you choose to tackle your goals can be a big factor in your level of success. This is why my facility separates me from the rest.

 

My home studio is bright, clean, and of course, 100% private. This intimate setting allows you to focus solely on the task at hand and, unlike a regular facility, there are no distractions, unwanted noise or curious on lookers.

 

My space is equipped with ample, state of the art equipment that will help ensure that you reach your desired goals. It is air conditioned in the summer and comfortable in the winter. Being centrally located in Brookfield Plains off of Commonwealth Avenue in Mount Pearl, it is only a short drive from anywhere in the St. John’s metro area.

YOUR VIRTUAL home STUDIO

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many traditional services have transitioned to a virtual delivery model. Fitness is no exception, and the virtual fitness world is thriving. Zoom workouts are commonplace and you can now get great results from the comfort and privacy of your own home. No driving, no babysitter, and no wasted time required!

 

Depending on your specific goals, equipment and space requirements are minimal. Many general fitness goals (especially for beginners) can be accomplished with as little as a set of light weights, a yoga mat, exercise ball and a small unobstructed area. A TRX home suspension training system is recommended, but not necessary. Any other fitness equipment you have is a bonus and can be incorporated into your routine.
