In this 90-minute session we will examine health history, current activity level, exercise preferences, anthropometric measurements, blood pressure, current lifestyle habits and complete a thorough movement analysis.
From there I will assist you in setting realistic goals and discuss generalized program recommendations to help you achieve them. We can explore options to help you reach your goals through technology such as movement trackers, My Fitness Pal or any other app we see appropriate.
